1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Nashville Appliance Rental ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Services

2.1 Rental Period

  • The initial rental period is six (6) months from the delivery date
  • After the initial period, rentals automatically convert to month-to-month agreements
  • Termination requires 30 days written notice after the initial six-month period
  • Extensions of month-to-month agreements continue until terminated with proper notice

2.2 Delivery and Installation

  • We provide delivery and installation within our service area
  • Customer must ensure adequate access to the installation location
  • Customer is responsible for providing proper electrical and plumbing connections
  • Installation area must meet the manufacturer's specifications

2.3 Equipment Condition

  • All equipment is inspected before delivery
  • Customer must inspect equipment upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours
  • Equipment is provided in good working condition with normal wear and tear

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Rental Fees

  • Rental fees are charged monthly as specified in your rental agreement
  • First payment is due at the time of delivery
  • Late payments incur a fee of $15
  • A returned payment fee of $15 applies
  • Multiple late fees may be assessed for continued non-payment

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Equipment Use

  • Use equipment only for its intended purpose
  • Follow all manufacturer instructions
  • Do not modify or attempt to repair equipment
  • Report any malfunctions immediately

4.2 Maintenance

  • Keep equipment clean and in good condition
  • Allow access for scheduled maintenance
  • Do not perform unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Report any damage or malfunction immediately

5. Repairs and Maintenance

  • We provide all necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Service calls will be scheduled within 2 business days
  • Customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Standard service hours are during normal business days only

6. Termination

6.1 Notice and Termination

  • Minimum initial contract period is six (6) months
  • After six months, the contract converts to month-to-month
  • 30 days written notice required for termination
  • All outstanding charges must be paid
  • Equipment must be returned in good condition

6.2 Default

We may terminate your rental agreement if you:

  • Fail to make payments
  • Breach these Terms
  • Damage the equipment
  • Provide false information

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Property Damage

  • Customer is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Customer must maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • We are not responsible for damage to property during normal use

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability is limited to rental fees paid
  • No warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty

8. Privacy and Data

  • We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Customer information is protected and not shared with third parties except as required by law
  • We may use contact information for service-related communications

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

11. Governing Law
